Role of Steering Inequality in Quantum Key Distribution Protocol

چکیده

Violation of Bell's inequality has been the mainspring for secure key generation in an entanglement assisted Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) protocol. Various contributions have relied on violation Bell inequalities to build appropriate QKD Residing between nonlocality and entanglement, there exists a hybrid trait correlations, namely correlations exhibited through steering inequalities. However, such not put use protocols as much their stronger counterpart, violations. In present work, we show that violations Cavalcanti–Jones–Wiseman–Reid (CJWR) can act ingredients We work with arbitrary two-qubit entangled states, characterize them by utility protocols. The characterization is based quantum bit error rate CJWR inequality. Furthermore, subsequent applications local filtering operations initially states exhibiting no violation, lead necessary successful implementation An additional vindication our protocol provided absolutely Bell–Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt (Bell–CHSH) which remain Bell–CHSH even under global unitary operations.Quanta 2023; 12: 1–21.

Noise-resistant quantum key distribution protocol

We present the scheme of compatible quantum information analysis of the quantum key distribution (QKD) protocols, which give answers to the following questions: is it possible to improve the quantum bit error rate (QBER) of the 6-state protocol by employing more states, up to infinity, and can we essentially improve the QBER if the multidimensional Hilbert space with dimensionality more than 3 ...

Quantum Three-Pass protocol: Key distribution using quantum superposition states

This letter proposes a novel key distribution protocol with no key exchange in advance, which is secure as the BB84 quantum key distribution protocol. Our protocol utilizes a photon in superposition state for single-bit data transmission instead of a classical electrical/optical signal. The security of this protocol relies on the fact, that the arbitrary quantum state cannot be cloned, known as...

Integration of Quantum Key Distribution in the TLS Protocol*

Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) or quantum cryptography has been developed within the last decade; it is proved that QKD is secure against computer attacks and it is considered as a promising solution towards absolute security within long-term cryptosystems. Currently, research efforts are required to make strongly secure the existing communication protocols; we suggest as an issue to improve th...

Quantum multiparty key distribution protocol without use of entanglement

We propose a quantum key distribution (QKD) protocol that enables three parties agree at once on a shared common random bit string in presence of an eavesdropper without use of entanglement. We prove its unconditional security and analyze the key rate.
